As you know, we suffered a tragic fire on November 11, 2012. As I write this letter, I am humbled by the trust that you have placed in The Joseph Krow Company and your continued support through this devastating time has been heartwarming. Myself, as well as the employees of The Joseph Krow Company, are an extension of your business. I value the relationship we have with our customers and appreciate your continued loyalty.

It is with great sadness that I write to advise you that The Joseph Krow Company must suspend its operations until further notice. Our insurer is working to conclude the adjustment process while we work to restart operations and rebuild our plant. I appreciate that rumors can be easily spread and I want my customers to understand that The Joseph Krow Company is insured for its loss and has retained professionals who are working with the insurer to make certain that all contractual obligations are honored.

Please be assured that your satisfaction, as well as your customer's satisfaction, is still our main priority. Any claims will continue to be processed. I will continue to employ an individual that can assist you and your customers to resolve these claims. I promise you: your customers will receive their claim checks.

Many of you have the direct phone numbers of our subcontracted drivers and they are making plans to continue to service your needs while we suspend service.
